Stronger together — on clear terms.
NLPAI works with research institutions, public bodies, educators and civic partners who share its commitment to evidence and accountability.
Four kinds of partnership.
Research collaboration
Universities, think tanks and survey firms co-designing studies, sharing methods and peer-reviewing findings.
Institutional engagement
Municipalities, provincial bodies and public institutions that want independent diagnostics and performance tracking.
Programme partnerships
Organisations co-delivering Academy programmes, regional leadership forums and policy roundtables.
Media & civic partners
Newsrooms and civic groups that help make research and evaluations understandable to citizens.
Independence is not for sale.
- Partners never direct independent findings.
- Funding and commissioning relationships are disclosed on every publication.
- Partnerships are documented in writing with clear scope and data-protection terms.
- NLPAI does not partner with political parties on independent evaluation work.

The landscape. Nepal already has organisations focused on public affairs and policy research, and consultancies that offer campaign services. NLPAI's differentiation is to connect regional diagnosis, the 7C evaluation framework and post-election performance monitoring — and it welcomes collaboration with existing institutions.
